These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CargoSure Pro's website, applications, merchant platform, tracking services, shipping services, courier services, and related logistics solutions.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Our Services
CargoSure Pro provides logistics and delivery-related services that may include:
● Courier and parcel delivery
● Pick-up and drop-off services
● Domestic and international shipping
● Freight and cargo transportation
● Warehousing
● Packaging
● E-commerce fulfillment
● Shipment tracking
● Last-mile delivery
● Merchant logistics services
Specific services and availability may vary by country and destination.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete information, including:
● Sender details
● Recipient details
● Pickup and delivery addresses
● Contact information
● Accurate package descriptions
● Correct weight and dimensions
● Required customs information
● Appropriate declared values
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipment information is accurate.
3. Packaging
Shipments must be appropriately packaged for their contents, transportation method, and expected handling conditions.
CargoSure Pro may refuse, repackage, surcharge, delay, or return shipments that are inadequately packaged where permitted by applicable law.
4. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Customers must not use CargoSure Pro to transport goods prohibited by applicable law or by our operational rules.
Examples may include:
● Illegal drugs and controlled substances
● Weapons and ammunition
● Explosives
● Hazardous or dangerous materials without required authorization
● Counterfeit goods
● Stolen goods
● Illegal wildlife products
● Certain biological or chemical materials
● Items prohibited by customs regulations
● Fraudulent documents
● Other goods prohibited by the origin, transit, or destination jurisdiction
Certain restricted goods may only be accepted subject to prior approval, documentation, packaging, licensing, or specialized transportation requirements.
CargoSure Pro may inspect, hold, refuse, return, or report a shipment where reasonably necessary for safety, security, customs, or legal compliance.
5. Customs and International Shipments
For international shipments, customers are responsible for providing accurate customs declarations and required documentation.
The sender or importer may be responsible for:
● Customs duties
● Import taxes
● Government charges
● Brokerage fees
● Storage charges
● Inspection charges
● Clearance-related expenses
CargoSure Pro does not guarantee that a shipment will clear customs within a particular period.
6. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed under a specific service agreement.
Delays may result from:
● Weather
● Traffic
● Customs processing
● Government action
● Security events
● Incorrect addresses
● Recipient unavailability
● Operational disruptions
● Carrier delays
● Natural disasters
● Strikes or labor disruptions
● Other circumstances outside reasonable control
7. Shipment Tracking
CargoSure Pro may provide tracking information through its website, application, or other communication channels.
Tracking information is provided for informational purposes and may be delayed or updated as shipment events are received from operational partners.
8. Delivery Attempts
Where a recipient is unavailable, CargoSure Pro or its delivery partner may make additional delivery attempts, contact the recipient, redirect the shipment, return it to the sender, or place it at an approved collection location, subject to applicable service rules.
Additional charges may apply where permitted.
9. Payments
Customers agree to pay applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, surcharges, handling fees, and other disclosed charges.
CargoSure Pro may require payment before accepting or dispatching a shipment.
10. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available only in selected markets and for qualifying shipments.
COD availability, limits, settlement periods, fees, and eligibility may vary by region and service.
11. Claims and Liability
Customers should report lost, damaged, or materially delayed shipments as soon as reasonably possible.
CargoSure Pro's liability, where applicable, may be subject to service-specific terms, declared value, applicable law, carrier limitations, and any mandatory consumer or transportation protections.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting their login credentials.
CargoSure Pro may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, payment disputes, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
13. Merchant Accounts
Merchants are responsible for:
● Accurate customer information
● Proper packaging
● Lawful products
● Accurate shipment declarations
● Payment of applicable charges
● Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
CargoSure Pro may impose additional merchant requirements based on service type or operational risk.
14. Fraud and Abuse
Customers must not use the platform for fraudulent transactions, false shipment declarations, payment abuse, account manipulation, identity fraud, or other unlawful activity.
Suspected fraudulent activity may be investigated and reported to appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
15. Intellectual Property
CargoSure Pro's trademarks, logos, software, website content, designs, and other proprietary materials belong to CargoSure Pro or its licensors and may not be used without authorization.
16. Third-Party Providers
CargoSure Pro may work with independent carriers, transportation providers, customs brokers, warehouses, technology providers, and other logistics partners.
Their involvement does not necessarily mean that CargoSure Pro owns or directly operates every transportation or delivery asset used to fulfill a shipment.
17. Force Majeure
CargoSure Pro will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of our Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where legally permitted.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws specified in the applicable customer or service agreement.
Mandatory laws applicable to the customer, shipment, origin, transit, or destination will continue to apply.
